Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Tiny Voyageurs, we take great care in creating meaningful educational experiences for children.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital workbook has been successfully delivered or made available for download, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please review the product description, age recommendation, and product format carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact info@tinyvoyageurs.com and we will work with you to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Physical Products

Where Tiny Voyageurs offers physical products, including books or merchandise, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns on physical products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@tinyvoyageurs.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Once the claim has been verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Replacements are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for physical products.
